How it works
- Connect your store
The plugin sends your product catalog and the pages you select to Chat Cart. Syncing runs in the background and repeats whenever a product, price or stock level changes.
- The assistant searches your catalog
It answers only from the data you gave it. It does not know about products your store does not have.
- The shopper gets an answer
A product card with live price and availability. For products with variations the assistant asks about the options it still needs.
- Adding to cart
The shopper confirms the choice, and WooCommerce handles the cart on your own site.
What the assistant never does
- it does not place orders or take payments,
- it does not see carts, orders or customer records,
- it does not change products, prices or stock levels,
- it does not invent products your catalog does not contain.

Starter, Plus and Pro raise the conversation limit. Each purchase is a one-off payment for 30 days of access, with no subscription. Limits and prices are shown in the billing tab inside the plugin.
Requirements: WordPress 6.6 or newer, WooCommerce 9.0 or newer, PHP 7.4 or newer, a store served over HTTPS, and a working WP-Cron.
Common questions
Does the assistant invent products?
No. It only sees the synced catalog of your store. A product that is not in the catalog will not be suggested.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The free plan needs no payment and no account. Install the plugin and connect your store.
What happens when I disconnect?
The credential is revoked and the synced catalog is deleted from Chat Cart. Conversations are removed once the retention period ends.
Does it work with variable products?
Yes. It asks for the options it still needs and prepares one specific variation to confirm.
What data reaches the AI model?
The shopper's question, the matching products and the conversation so far. Shopper IP addresses are not stored. The privacy policy covers this in full.
Do I need WooCommerce?
Yes. Chat Cart is a WooCommerce plugin and does not run without it.
