How it works

Connect your store
In WooCommerce → Sklepowy, press “Connect this store”. On the Pages tab, confirm the pages the assistant may quote, such as shipping, returns, FAQ or terms.

Your catalog syncs
A large catalog syncs in small batches with a progress bar. You can close the tab and the sync resumes where it stopped. After that the catalog updates itself whenever a product, price, stock level or page changes, with no WP-Cron needed.

The assistant answers from your catalog
It only talks about products your store has. Every product card fetches the current price and stock live from your store at display time. For products with variations it asks about the options it still needs.

Adding to cart
The assistant prepares the add to cart for a product or a chosen variation, the shopper confirms, and WooCommerce handles the cart on your own site.
Safeguards built into the plugin
- Shoppers see up front that they are talking to an AI shopping assistant that answers from your store's catalog.
- Email addresses and phone numbers are stripped from messages before anything reaches the AI.
- Order questions are answered from a fixed template, never by the AI: the assistant explains where the shopper can check the order status and shares your store's contact details.
- The assistant does not invent products, prices, discounts, stock levels or store policies.
What the plugin never does
- it does not place orders, issue refunds or take payments,
- it never sends orders, customer records, payment data, drafts, private or password-protected pages,
- it does not change anything in your shop: products, prices or stock levels,
- it stores no AI provider API keys in WordPress. The only secret it keeps is your store's credential for Sklepowy.

Starter, Plus and Pro raise the conversation limit. Each purchase is a one-off payment by card or BLIK for 30 days of access, with no subscription. Limits and prices are shown on the Billing tab in the Sklepowy panel.
How conversations are counted
A conversation counts the first time the assistant answers a shopper. Everything the shopper writes afterwards in that same chat is free.
Requirements: WordPress 6.6 or newer, WooCommerce 9.0 or newer, PHP 7.4 or newer, and a store served over HTTPS.
Common questions
Does the assistant make up products or prices?
No. It can only mention products from your synced catalog, and it never states prices or stock levels in its own words. Every product card fetches them live from your store.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The free plan needs no payment and no account. Install the plugin and connect your store.
What happens when I disconnect?
The credential is revoked and your synced catalog is deleted from Sklepowy. Conversations are removed once their retention period ends.
Does it work with variable products?
Yes. It asks for the options it needs and prepares the exact variation. The shopper confirms the choice.
Does the chat say it is an AI?
Yes. Above the greeting shoppers see a short notice that they are talking to an AI shopping assistant that answers from your store's catalog. The chat window ends with a small “Powered by Sklepowy” credit.
Can shoppers ask about their order?
Yes, but a fixed template answers, not the AI. The assistant has no access to orders: it explains where the shopper can check the status (store account, confirmation email, carrier tracking page) and shares your store's contact details.
What data reaches the AI model?
The shopper's question, the matching products and the conversation so far. Email addresses and phone numbers are stripped before a message reaches the AI, and shopper IP addresses are not stored. The privacy policy covers this in full.
Do I need WP-Cron?
No. The first sync runs in batches with a progress bar, and after that the catalog updates itself whenever a product or page changes.
Do I need WooCommerce?
